SOS Children's Villages
SOS Children’s Villages provide a family for life for children who have lost their parents through war, famine, disease and poverty. Over 78,000 orphaned or abandoned children are cared for by SOS mums in clusters of family homes in more than 490 countries around the world. Thousands more children benefit from SOS Children’s outreach support which includes education, vocational training, medical care and community development programmes. SOS Children also provides emergency relief in situations of crisis and disaster, and continues to support families in earthquake and tsunami-affected countries.
Max Griffin and his family are visiting one of the villages in Rustenburg in May and will be taking old and unwanted football shirts to the children there. Please check your cupboards for any shirts you no longer want. Thankyou.
