Neil has joined Lytham Juniors this summer, undertaking his first role as team manager. Having been a Lytham player himself in his younger years (before pulling on the YMCA shirt I might add) he brings a wealth of junior football experience to the team as well as 5 years coaching knowledge. He is currently preparing to earn his FA Level 1 Coaching Badge
